Why We Selected It

This one solves a very real problem in our house. My husband usually goes to sleep about an hour before I do, and some nights I’m still watching a movie or getting ready in our adjoining bathroom with the light spilling into the bedroom.

A good sleep mask lets him go to bed when he needs to without the rest of the house having to shut down with him.
